One Person Dies in Domestic Dispute

Forest City -- April 15, 2024: At about 11 am Sunday officers responded to a call reporting gunfire at

204 Calwell Street. Upon arrival, three individuals were found with gunshot wounds.

Cristanto Graves, 39, and Tammy Cole, 38, both residents, the third was Damian Cole, 23, of Spindale. Both Mr. Graves and Ms. Cole had serious injuries, but stable condition.
Mr. Cole was transported to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, he passed away later Sunday.

The initial investigation suggests the incident was the result of a domestic dispute between all parties. No arrests made in the investigation at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
