Fight Fans! The Roughest and Toughest Brawl is coming back to the Haywood County Fairgrounds on January 25th and 26th. The Roughest and Toughest Brawl is a sanctioned amatuer boxing tournament
between local competitors with no prior professional fighting experience of any kind. Just local guys and gals, slugging it out for 3 one minute rounds, competing for cash prizes, and the title of the Roughest and Toughest brawlers in the Waynesville area.
The fights will start at 8:00 PM on Friday night, each fighter will fight 1 match on Friday night, winners of their respective matches will advance to Saturday night. Saturday night fights start at 8:00 PM and the tournament will continue until their is just 1 fighter left in each division and a champion is crowned.

Money Mike Promotions Inc. is not affiliated with any clubs or schools including boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), etc.
All Money Mike Promotions Inc. events are sanctioned by the proper agency in the state of the event. (Boxing/Athletic commission, etc.)
Roughest and Toughest Brawl is an amateur event. NO professional boxers, kick boxers or MMA fighters...
Allowable ages to participate in North Carolina are 18 to 45 years. In South Carolina they are 18 to 35 years. You MUST present a valid Driver's license or Government-issued photo I.D. to participate.
Each fight consists of (3) one-minute rounds of just punching. NO wrestling or kicking. There is a one-minute rest period between each round.
Fighters receive a brief physicians exam and breathalyzer test before they are cleared to fight.
There is NO entry fee for fighters for the event but all fighters must purchase an amateur State license the day of the show. Fighters will need to bring $50 cash in North Carolina and $25 cash in South Carolina.
Promoter will provide mandatory safety equipment. (16oz boxing gloves, headgear, and groin protection.)
Fighters must provide their own mouthpiece but no other equipment.
Fighters must arrive at 5pm to complete paperwork and physicals etc. before fight time at 8pm. Late arrivals may be rejected due to time limitations.
All events are single elimination. Each fighter will fight once on Friday night. Friday night winners will return Saturday night and may fight 2-3 times to reach championship.
DO NOT drink any alcohol for 24 hours prior to event.
Fighters on Event Day:
5pm fighters arrive for physicals, paperwork, weigh-ins, breathalyzer.
Fighters may not leave building after breathalyzer per Boxing Commission rules.
Promoter provides 16 oz boxing gloves, head gear, and groin protector.
Fighters must bring mouth piece or purchase one from promoter.
Fighters may wear clothing of their choice.
Fighters must wear soft-soled shoes (tennis, boxing or wrestling shoes)
Water will be provided by promoter. You may bring Gatorade and snacks if desired.
All fighters' hands must be taped/wrapped per Boxing Commission rules. If you do not have wraps or tape the promoter will provide it for you.
