Candler Man Faces More Charges in Fatal Vehicle Collision

have charged John Terrell Foulk with an additional charge of Misdemeanor Death By Motor Vehicle.

Following the death of John Larry Brooks, the passenger of the Hyundai sedan, in consultation with the Buncombe County Attorney’s Office, additional criminal charges were brought forth on John Terrell Foulk for Misdemeanor Death By Motor Vehicle. Brooks succumbed to his injuries on March 29; next of kin has been notified.

Foulk turned himself in on April 3 and was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (not eligible for release) issued by the magistrate.
