Graham County -- February 16, 2024: The Graham County Sheriff's Office announced the following on social media:

On Sunday, February 11, 2024 at approximately 10:44 p.m. the Graham County Sheriff’s Office executed a Search Warrant at 2901 Tapoco Road. This search warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Sheriff’s Office. During the execution of this search warrant numerous items of drug paraphernalia along with methamphetamine and prescription medication were located.

As a result of the Search Warrant the following individuals were arrested:

• Brian Heath Crisp – Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sale, or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Received No Bond.

• Felisha Ann Anderson – Possession of Methamphetamine, Simple Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Received No Bond.

• Jeffery Allen Debaere - Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Received a $3,500.00 Secured Bond.

• Kandance Darlene Anderson – Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Public Officer. Received a $3,500.00 Secured Bond.
