Woman Charged with Fleeing, Probation Violation Rutherford County
Rutherford County -- May 8, 2023: Sgt. Joey Brandle of the Rutherford County Sheriff's
Office was on patrol on Friday, May 5, 2023, in the Caroleen neighborhood
near Boss Moore Road.
Sgt. Brandle attempted to pull over Julie Ann Catoe, 24, of Bostic when she was on patrol because she did not have a current North Carolina driver's license and had outstanding warrants for her arrest. Ms. Catoe left after spotting Sgt. Brandle in a car for a short distance before getting out and running on foot. She was apprehended and accused of the following:

She was given a $61,000 secured bond.
