Matthew Edward Carr 35, Of Marion, NC Was Arrested On 02/11/2023 And Charged with Felony Breaking and Entering, Felony Larceny After Breaking and Entering, Felony Larceny of a Firearm, Felony Possession of Firearm by A Felon, Felony Possession of Burglary Tools, Felony Possession of Stolen Goods, Felony Second Degree Burglary, Felony Possession/Receive Stolen Property X2 And Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance and Was Issued A $196,000.00 Bond.

Darren Clifford Wright 34, Of Burnsville, NC Was Arrested On 02/13/2023 And Charged Wil Felony Breaking and Entering and Felony Larceny After Breaking and Entering Was Issued A $10,000.00 Bond.

Ronnie Lee Watson 40, Of Bakersville, NC Was Arrested On 02/15/2023 And Charged with Failure to Appear on Misdemeanor Charges, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance on Jail Premises and Felony Probation Violation X2 Was Issued A $31,000.00 Bond.

Brandan Daniel Huff 20, Of Burnsville, NC Was Arrested On 02/16/2023 And Charged with Felony Statutory Rape of a Person Less Than 16 Years Old and Felony Probation Violation Was Issued A $520,000.00 Bond.
