Registered Sex Offender Faces Charges

Henderson County -- Febrary 19, 2023: In Henderson County, South Carolina,
a registered sex offender

was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.

Alfred Gary Spoone of Roebuck, South Carolina, was arrested on February 8, 2023, after a two-month investigation by the Henderson County Sheriff's Office. Detectives have brought a Felony Taking Indecent Liberties with felony Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child.

The Henderson County Detention Facility is holding Spoone.
