Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office: Kentucky Woman on Drug Trafficking Charges
Buncombe County -- Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Kentucky Woman on Drug Trafficking Charges; In Possession of
Nearly ⅓ Pound of Fentany
(November 9, 2021) –
Patrol Deputies on David Squad have arrested Brodericka Lyvette Richardson of Kentucky on fentanyl trafficking offenses. Ms. Richardson was in the process of transporting narcotics through Buncombe County when arrested.
Deputies seized 142 grams of Fentanyl, which is nearly ⅓ of a pound on October 18th.
Richardson is charged with:
- Two Counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl
- Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II Controlled Substance
She is being held on a $50,000 secured bond at the Buncombe County Detention Facility.
“The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office will continue to work to dismantle high-level drug trafficking operations in our community,” says Buncombe County Sheriff Quentin Miller.
