Haywood County --  County Sheriff's Office reported on social media a tip was received of a potentially hazardous dangerous military relic of

donated goods at 4:15 PM Sunday. A number of Clyde's streets

were temporarily blocked as authorities evaluated the situation. The SBI verified there was no threat and safeguarded the item. All streets have reopened.

Law officials thanked SBI and the public in the post: "Thank you to the SBI for their quick response and assistance. We appreciate the patience and cooperation of our community as we worked to ensure everyone’s safety."
