Jackson County -- Jackson County Sheriff's Office: On  Monday the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) Criminal Suppression Unit (CSU)

conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on US-74 near exit 83 in Sylva for a traffic violation.

JCSO Criminal Suppression Unit utilized K9 Ares during the course of the traffic stop, and approximately 4.6 grams of suspected Fentanyl and US currency was located and seized.

Felony Conspiracy
Felony Maintain a Vehicle CS
Driving while license revoked

Brian Matthew Repass-
Trafficking Opium or Heroin by Possession
Trafficking Opium of Heroin by Transportation
Felony Conspiracy

Bailey Brooke Harrell-
Trafficking Opium or Heroin by Possession
Trafficking Opium of Heroin by Transportation
Felony Conspiracy
Possess Drug Paraphernalia

Jeremiah Alex Keener-
Trafficking Opium or Heroin by Possession
Trafficking Opium of Heroin by Transportation
Felony Conspiracy.
Sheriff Farmer is thankful for the men and women that work hard everyday keeping these drugs out of our county. Its important that we continue to work hard to eradicate the drugs from our county in order to save lives.
