Mitchell County Woman Arrested in Tennesse

Mitchell County -- September 20, 2024: Mitchell County Sheriff's Office:  Warrants were taken out on Tonya Lynn Fitzgerald:

Failure to Report New Address- Sex Offender.

Fitzgerald was picked by Carter County TN Deputies and served on our warrant on September 6, 2024.  Mitchell County Sheriff's Office was able to pick up Fitzgerald after signing a waiver to return to North Carolina on September 20, 2024.

Court Date: October 2, 2024
Bond: $10,000
