Asheville -- August 8, 2024: Press Release Asheville Police Department Office: Michael Solomon Brocenos (09/11/1989) and  

Tyler Byrne Hackett Kelly (10/20/1990) have turned themselves in on Ethnic Intimidation charges. Brocenos was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility on August 7 and released under a $2,000 unsecured bond issued by a magistrate.

Kelly was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility on July 23 and released under a Written Promise to Appear issued by the magistrate.
