Rutherford County -- April 8, 2024: On Thursday,  Investigators of the Rutherford County Sheriffโ€™s Office ACE Team were in
    the Sandy Mush Community.

    While on patrol, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic offense. 

    During the traffic stop, Investigators witnessed in plain view a bag weighing 15.2 grams of a white powder substance that was later determined to be Fentanyl. This item was dropped as the occupants of the vehicle had been asked to exit the vehicle.

    Charges:

    -Trafficking Opium/Heroin
    -Maintaining a vehicle for cs
    -Possess drug paraphernalia
    She received a $100,000 secured bond.

    Stacy McAbee, passenger:

    Charges:

    -Trafficking Opium/Heroin
    -Possess drug paraphernalia
    He didnโ€™t receive a bond and will have to wait until set by a district court judge.
