Polk County Man Faces Drug and Stolen Gun Charges
Polk County -- March 4, 2024: On Saturday, Polk County Deputies stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation on Hwy 9 in the Sunny View area.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, during the vehicle stop, Polk K9 deputy Joker was deployed, aiding the deputies in locating narcotics, stolen guns, and currency. The driver of the vehicle, Ryan Dior, 26, of Mooresville, NC was charged with the following:
Possession with Intent to sell/deliver Narcotics
Maintain Place for Sale of Narcotics
Possession of Stolen Firearm(s)
Carrying Concealed Weapon
Dior was booked into the Polk County Jail under a $30,000 secure bond with a District court date of 03/06/24.
