Asheville -- November 27, 2023: Detectives and officers from the Asheville Police Department apprehended a man who was wanted on robbery charges related to an incident that happened on Deaverview Road back on November 4.

After gathering information on Cedric Daniel Legette's whereabouts, the police squad discovered him walking inside an apartment complex.

Lagette was taken into custody for his outstanding warrants of Felony Robbery with Dangerous Weapon Felony and Breaking and Entering with Intent to Terrorize. During the arrest, he was to be in possession of drugs and a digital scale.
Legette was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility on November 20 under a $310,000 secured bond (or $31,000) issued by the magistrate.
