Asheville -- September 11, 2023: Asheville police report the arrest of a man with multiple outstanding warrants.

Around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, a neighbor called to report "a suspicious person in their neighbor's yard." Officers arrived
and arrested Michael Logan Gosnell (09/04/1988), later charging him with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen property.

Two separate instances along Johnston Boulevard in late August led to multiple warrants for Gosnell's arrest for Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and Felony Larceny. He was found with multiple fraudulent credit cards in his possession at the time of his arrest.

Gosnell was booked into the Buncombe County Jail under a $5,000 secured bond ( or $500 to a bondsman) issued by the magistrate.
