"Ellen" Show DJ Stepehn "tWitch" Boss Dies at age 40

News -- December 14, 2022: Stephen "tWitch" Boss, the Ellen Show DJ for many years, has died at age 40.

Multiple sources involved  have confirmed that the boss committed suicide.

A representative for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner confirmed that Boss was declared deceased at approximately 11:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday in Encino. The death certificate indicates that it occurred in a "hotel/motel."

His wife and mother of his three children, Allison Holker Boss, released a statement on Wednesday mourning her husband's passing.

"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us," she said. "He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans. To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt."

Holker Boss reflected on her husband's life, saying, "leading with love and light was everything to him." Her husband placed a premium on family, friends, and the community.

"I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory," she continued, asking that the family is asking for privacy. "Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”
