North Carolina Man Pushed Out of Moving Car by Florida Caretaker
Cumberland County -- Arlene Mary Bonitz, a 57-year-old woman from Palm Harbor, Florida, was traveling south on I-95 close to the 64-mile marker in Godwin on Sunday, June 26th, 2022, at 3:56 p.m.
As a result of his cognitive disabilities, Bonitz was traveling with a male adult for whom she provides care and support.
As she was traveling at 60 mph, Bonitz threw the victim out of her car after stabbing her numerous times with a sharpie pen. She traveled a further few miles on I-95 before being involved in a single-vehicle accident. After the collision, North Carolina Highway Patrol responded.
Bonitz and the victim were sent to a nearby hospital for treatment. The sufferer had road rash on his face, hands, and legs in addition to having a broken pelvis.
