Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office Looking for Woman Using Stolen Checks

The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the woman pictured below, who has been using stolen checks to pay for goods at numerous banks in Black Mountain, Asheville, Kings Mountain, and Marion, North Carolina. She may also be a person of interest in several car break-ins on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, in Fairfield County, South Carolina, and Cherokee County, North Carolina.

Fraud Detectives with the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information on the individual or vehicles pictured below. If any information is available on the identity of this individual or these vehicles, please contact Detective T. Jones with the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at 828-250-4448 or submit a tip via the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office app, which can be downloaded in the Apple or Google Play stores.
