Henderson County -- January 14, 2022

The Henderson County Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit recently received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the dissemination of material related to child sexual abuse.


Upon further investigation by our detectives, it was determined the suspect was living in the Mills River area of Henderson County. On Thursday January 13, 2022 a court issued search warrant was served at the suspect’s residence and several electronic devices were seized for further investigation.

Nathan Scott Hall, 59 years of age of Mills River has been arrested and charged with 29 counts of Third-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. 

He is currently being held at the Henderson County Detention Center on a $232,000 secured bond.
