Biden's Temporary Eviction Moratorium Blocked by Supreme Court

August 26, 2021 -- The Supreme Court voted 6-3, ending the temporary eviction moratorium by the Biden administration.

The moratorium was put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Justices Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan dissented.
