Capitol Police: Suspect in custody

The suspect, 49-year-old Floyd Ray Roseberry, has been to safely taken into custody.

Capitol Chief Police Officer Tom Manager “We don’t know if there are any explosives in the vehicle. It is still an active scene,” Manger said. “We still have to search the vehicle and render the vehicle safe.”

CNN’s Whitney Wild asked about the suspect’s background, Manger said, “We’re not aware of any law enforcement or military background.”
