Asheville Parks & Recreation announces new AVLPARKS eSports league

Asheville -- PRESS RELEASE: City Of Asheville --  Unusual times call for innovative programming!  Whether you’re brand new to eSports or an experienced gamer, there’s a spot for you in Asheville Parks & Recreation’s brand new AVLPARKS eSports programs. 

Every Monday through Friday, you’ll have a chance to compete against other local players in NBA2K, Madden 20, Fortnite or join our Rocket League.  Different games, different skill levels and different console platforms give you a chance to win.

Competition begins at 7 p.m. August 3 and registration is open now!  All programs are FREE and for all ages, but you have to register.  Get your game on and compete!  Go to www.avlrec.com for more info or to register.
