Asheville Police Investigate Deaths of Infant, Mother in Relation to June 12 Shooting
(ASHEVILLE, N.C. - September 5, 2019) - The Asheville Police Department (APD) has been made aware of the tragic death of K'syon Finley.
Detectives have been diligently investigating the homicide of Tiyquasha Antwonique Simuel that occurred on June 12 at Deaverview Apartments and consider the recent death of her son, K’syon, as being connected to that incident.
APD is committed to identifying those responsible for the deaths of Tiyquasha and K'syon, but needs the community's help in solving this case. Anyone with information is asked to call APD at 828-252-1110 or Crimestoppers at 828-255-5050. Callers may remain anonymous through both of these numbers.
