
Mother Arrested After Newborn Tests Positive for Fentanyl
Henderson County -- The Major Crimes Unit-Special Victims secured an arrest warrant for the mother of the child following an investigation into a complaint of a baby testing positive for fentanyl.
Jessica Cho, a 32-year-old Saluda resident, is accused of child abuse.
After a comprehensive investigation by the Major Crimes Unit – Special Victims, investigators concluded that there was enough evidence to substantiate the allegation. Cho was arrested and has been given a secured bond of $10,000.
