James David Huskins, 61, of Nebo with felony

Possession of Methamphetamine; felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance; and felony Maintaining a Vehicle and Dwelling or Place for Controlled Substance. He was given a secured bond of $40,000.

On January 29, detectives stopped a car for traffic violations at the Exit 90 ramp, off I-40. Huskins, who was the driver, was found to have a suspended license, no insurance and an expired tag.

Huskins was searched and found with multiple bags of suspected methamphetamine. 
He also received misdemeanor charges for Resisting a Public Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License Revoked (Not Impaired).
