Buncombe County Woman Mulitple Felony Charges

Buncombe County -- A Buncombe County woman faces multiple felony charges after a credit card fraud complaint by Blossom Gas in Swannanoa on

January 15, 2025. Fraudulent charges were

found on an account, beginning December 21, 2024. An arrest was made of 55-year-old Debra Stanley.

Debra Stanley with the following:
-Felony Financial Card Theft
-Felony Financial Card Transaction
-Felony Obtain Property by False Pretenses (8 counts)
Stanley was released from the Buncombe County Detention Center on a $10,000 secured bond.
