Annual 4-H Enrollment is now open! One of the first steps to getting involved in Haywood County 4-H is enrolling in 4-H Online!

If you have been involved in Haywood County 4-H as a youth member or a volunteer before you need to re-enroll for the 2024 year in order to participate in any 4-H activities or events. If you are new to 4-H Online you will need to take some time and set up a family profile (see more information below). Please read through the information below carefully!

In order to participate in 4-H, youth must be between the ages of 5-18 as of January 1, 2024!

Families who do NOT have a 4-H Online account: If this is your first time enrolling in 4-H Online please see the link below called the 4-H Online: 4honline

Family Guide. You will need a family profile where you can add individual youth and/or adult volunteers. You will want to create a New Family profile. Follow the instructions using the guide. When you have your family profile set up, please submit a 4-H member enrollment for each 4-H age-eligible child in your family. Creating a new family profile should take just a few minutes. Individual youth profiles should take around 10-15 minutes.

Family Guide Families that already have a 4-H Online account: Welcome back! Login to your family profile review and update information for youth members and/or volunteer information if applicable. Re-enrollment should not take very long. Please see links below to find re-enrollment walkthrough.

Adult Volunteer Re-enrollment Guide Returning Adult Volunteers:   We’re still in the process of getting clubs ready to go for the year! If you don’t see a club of interest to you at the moment, no worries! Register to for the Member at Large Club which is a great way to be a 4-H member without affiliating with a specific club at this time. Projects: 4-Hers can complete independent learning projects at home! 4-H Online requires youth to choose a topic that may interest them!

Active Members: Only youth members and 4-H volunteers who are enrolled in 4-H Online will be considered active members/certified 4-H volunteers. This active status is required to participate in 4-H activities, events, programs and trips. If you have any questions, need help with enrollment or are interested in volunteering with Haywood County 4-H, please contact Leah Jorgensen at leah_jorgensen@ncsu.edu or call the Haywood County Extension Office at 828.456.3575.
