Haywood County -- Haywood County Health and Human Services Offers the following: NC School Entry Assessments – Required for children
entering NC schools for the first time
(Kindergarten: age 5 by Aug. 31 of the current school year). Ensuring your child meets health requirements will help set them up for a successful start to their education.
Sports Physicals – Determine eligibility for student-athletes to participate in school sports. These exams help ensure students are healthy and safe to engage in physical activities.
$35 flat fee per service (due at time of service, no insurance billed).
