Fletcher Man Arrested Again

Fletcher -- December 20, 2024: Fletcher Police: After being released from jail last Thursday, December 12th,

with charges pending for theft of a trailer, Tucker Holton, is once again in jail, this Thursday, December 19th for theft of another trailer.

The Fletcher Police received a report of a stolen trailer and Polaris Ranger that occurred overnight December 18th, in the area of the Cane Creek Industrial Park. Investigation led to Tucker Holton and Jessica Hoglen. They were both located in Buncombe County in possession of the stolen items and taken into custody.

Warrants were issued in Henderson County on both Holton and Hoglen for two counts of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and Felony Conspiracy. Additional charges are likely in Buncombe County.

Fletcher Police arrest two for theft of trailer and the attempt theft of a second trailer. The incidents occurred at two different hotels in town.
Investigation led to the suspects being identified as Tucker Holton and Jessica Hoglen. Both were located and taken into custody.
Tucker was charged with Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Attempted Felony Larceny, Felony Conspiracy, and Injury to Property.
Hoglen was charged with Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and Felony Conspiracy.
The stolen trailer was recovered.
