Asheville Police Arrest Two People on Drug Charges
Asheville -- November 23, 2024: Press Release Asheville Police: Responding to multiple citizen complaints of illicit
drug activity, Asheville Police Department officers conducted an investigation
and executed a search warrant on Crescent Street around 10:13 p.m. on November 21st. Officers made contact with Karieem Roy Dillingham (05/17/1981) and Rosa Poole Dillingham (10/10/1960), who were found to be in possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm. Karieem Dillingham and Rosa Dillingham were taken into custody without incident.

(M) Maintain a Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance
(M) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Dillingham was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (ineligible for release) by a magistrate due to the Pretrial Integrity Act.

(M) Maintain a Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance
(M) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Dillingham was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $1,000 (or $100 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.
