Haywood County Amber Alert For Two Girls

Haywood County -- November 19, 2024: Haywood County Sheriff's Office issued an amber alert this morning

for two missing girls:

Alazay Shelby Rose:a 12-year-old white female approximately 5 feet tall, weighs 100 pounds.

black hair, blue eyes and was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.

Kinley Maelena Stepp: 3-year-old white female who is approximately 3 feet tall, weighs 45 pounds

blonde hair, blue eyes and was wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans.

The children were taken from Ben Medford Drive in Waynesville just before 11:30 p.m. Monday, November 19 and they
be in may be area of Cherokee.

Description of Drive:

46 years old, white Male, 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds. brown hair, green eyes, and tattoos on both shoulders.

Stepp could be driving a 2016 white Dodge Challenger with black racing stripes.

The vehicle may have a fictitious tag reading KMC5951.
