Marion Man Faces Multiple Drug Charges

McDowell County -- September 17, 2024: McDowell County Sheriff's Office: Todd Michael Ollis of Marion is charged with 

felony Possession of Methamphetamine; felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine; felony Maintaining a Vehicle, Dwelling or Place for Controlled Substance and misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. He was given no bond due to being out on pre-trial release.

On August 30th McDowell County Sheriff Deputy was patrolling Jacktown Rd. when he observed suspicious activity involving a white Kia. A vehicle stop was initiated and a subsequent search of the vehicle and Ollis led to the discovery of drugs and other related items.

Marion Police assisted in the stop with a K9 alert on the car for the presence of narcotics.
