Arrests Made After Response to Overdoses
Rutherford County -- October 23, 2023: On Monday, 10/03/2023, the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office Street Crimes Unit and the Narcotics Unit were notified of three overdoses reported at two different sites.
All subjects were given Narcan and declined medical treatment after EMS arrived. Detectives were led to 117 Melton Street in Caroleen and 181 Wagon Trail in Mooresboro as part of this inquiry. Detectives began interviewing persons at both locations and were able to search both homes.
The following were arrested:
Tommy Allan Crawford, 52 of Melton Street Caroleen:

He was given a $15,000 secured bond
Charles Casey Jenkins, 42 of Melton Street Caroleen:
Manufacture Marijuana
PWIMSD Marijuana
Possess Drug Paraphernalia
He was given a $15,000 secured bond
Cheryl Marie Jordan, 38 of Wagon Trail Mooresboro:
Trafficking, Opium or Heroin
Possession of Firearm by Felon
Possession of Firearm with altered serial number

A warrant was issued for Amanda Butts and is currently outstanding
