Fourth Person Charged in Asheville Fatal Shootings

Buncombe County -- December 28, 2022: Christine Nicole Moore was arrested and charged with Accessory After the Fact to First-Degree Murder
by Detectives by the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office

December 23, 2022 as they continued their investigation into a homicide.

Ms. Moore's bond has been set at $255,000.00, and she is currently being held at the Buncombe County Detention Facility. The Columbus NC Police Department,
with the help of the US Marshals Task Force. 

This person is the fourth to be charged in connection with the murders of two people on Monday at a gas station on Mills Gap Road.
