Hiking Trails with Haywood County Recreation

Haywood County -- Haywood County Recreational Department: The program is designed to educate and inspire citizens about

the variety of hiking trails and scenic vistas that are available here in Haywood County. Most hikes are easy to moderate difficulty, some are strenuous and all are led by local, experienced guides. 

Our team of guides have extensive knowledge of trails in Haywood County. Many of our guides either belong to local hiking clubs or are lifetime residents of this area.

 All hikes are $10, paid before arriving. You do not need to be an experienced hiker to participate, everyone is welcome, but we do recommend staying below moderate difficulties if you are new to hiking. Participants must register and pay with HCRP before arriving.

Hikes are weekly through June 30, 2021
