
Wanted Fugitive & Another Who Failed to Show for Court Arrested
Asheville -- Police Department of Asheville in response to community concerns over illegal drug activities, officers arrested two people with open warrants Thursday night as part of their crime prevention efforts.
Travontae Donquez Ware (12/08/1996) was contacted by officers at approximately 9:42 p.m. on July 3rd, close to the 100 block of Atkinson Street.
Ware was arrested after being wanted out of Alabama on a governor's warrant for sexual assault on a minor and for not showing up in Buncombe County court. Zoe Ann Eichman (03/01/2000), a second wanted individual, was also apprehended for not showing up for court on outstanding charges. Eichman was discovered to be in possession of Xanax at the time of the arrest.

Ware was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (ineligible for release) due to Governor’s Warrant.
Zoe Ann Eichman (03/01/2000)
- Failure to Appear on Misdemeanor Larceny
-Charged: Simple Possession Schedule IV
-Charged: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Eichman was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $1,000 (or $100 to a bondsman) secured bond and a $1,000 unsecured bond, both issued by a magistrate.
