Suspect Wanted in Asheville Double Shooting

Asheville -- Asheville Police Department detectives have charged a suspect following an investigation into a shooting that occurred Monday

night at an east Asheville hotel. Arrest warrants have been issued.

Edzavious Javon Lindsay (03/09/2003) is wanted on multiple charges, including Attempted First Degree Murder x2, Assault With a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill, Robbery With a Dangerous Weapon, and Larceny of a Firearm. He is also a fugitive from South Carolina for Armed Robbery.

Lindsay is described as a black male, 21 years old, 6’0”, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
