
Asheville Comedy Festival Coming in July!
Asheville -- Roaring into its 17th year and taking over the city July 31-August 2 and August 6-9, 2025 there’s bigger and better still to come from the festival organizers including many surprise year-round special event performances.
The Asheville Comedy Festival is one of the longest-running comedy events in the country.
Having featured nearly 700 comedians over 16 years, the event continues to grow and innovate. The festival is regarded as one of the most talent and comedy industry-friendly festivals year after year having supported most of the household names you know today.

Opening Weekend: July 31st – August 2nd
Weekend 2: August 7th – 9th
Venue: Wortham Center for the Performing Arts (18 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801)
Performers: The festival features over 30 of the fastest-rising comedians from across the U.S., hand-picked to represent the next wave of comedy. Every showcase features different comedians, so no two shows are the same.

Ben Bailey (Emmy-winning host of "Cash Cab") - July 31st
Jessica Michelle Singleton - August 1st
Eleanor Kerrigan - August 2nd
Showtimes: All shows begin at 7:30 PM.
Tickets: Tickets are on sale now, with prices typically ranging from $23.50-$28.50 + fees. Early purchase is recommended as the festival has a history of selling out. "Cosmo Passes" are also available for savings on all shows.
