Suspect Charged After Firing Gun Inside Asheville Restaurant
Asheville -- October 17, 2024: The Asheville Police arrived at a restaurant in the 1900 block of Hendersonville Road at
around 8:09 p.m. on October 17th to investigate complaints of a male discharging a firearm within the establishment.
Upon arrival, officers promptly acquired a description of the suspect and successfully located him concealed in a nearby subterranean culvert. He was apprehended without additional occurrences. During the inquiry, investigators successfully located the abandoned handgun utilized in the shooting,
