Jackson County Man Faces Drug Trafficking Charges

Jackson County -- August 9, 2024: Jackson County Sheriff's Office: On 08/08/2024 around 8 pm deputies were

called to the area of North River Road for suspicious vehicle. Deputies arrived and located two subjects in the vehicle. During the investigation deputies located approximately 7 grams of suspected fentanyl. Deputies charged the following subject:

Jamie Dale Kent :
Trafficking in Opium and Heroin by Possession
Maintain Vehicle/ place for controlled substance
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
