Kyle Heath Clark, age 36, of Candler, has been charged with numerous drug trafficking charges following an investigation conducted by the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office.

On February 8, search warrants were executed at Secure Storage, located at 411 New Leicester Highway, and the Comfort Inn, located at 890 Brevard Road.
The following items were seized:
- 3.67 pounds of Methamphetamine
- 80.5 grams of Fentanyl
- 88 Fentanyl Pills
- 1.03 pounds of Marijuana
- 4 Handguns
- 2 Shotguns
- 1 Rifle
- $8,620 in U.S. Currency
- Numerous Items of Drug Paraphernalia
- Numerous Electronic Items (i.e. cell phones, tablets)

The following items were recovered:
- A stolen utility trailer containing an estimated $30,000 in tools
- A stolen motorcycle
- A stolen handgun
Kyle Heath Clark has been charged with the following offenses:
- Two counts of Level III Trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl
- Level III Trafficking Methamphetamine
- Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
- Two counts of Firearm by Felon
- Maintaining Vehicle/Dwelling for Sale of a Controlled Substance
- Felony Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Possession of Stolen Goods
- Possession of a Stolen Firearm
Harley Danielle Gill has been charged with the following:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Stolen Goods
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division and Agents with the Illegal Gun Reduction and Narcotics Task Force (IGRANT) conducted this joint operation.
“The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office will continue to work to dismantle high-level drug trafficking operations in our community,” says Buncombe County Sheriff Quentin Miller.
