Asheville Police Arrest Four Fugitives
Asheville -- January 13, 2023: On January 11, while carrying out crime prevention measures in north Asheville,
the Asheville Police Department detectives and officers collaborated to apprehend four
fugitives wanted on outstanding warrants.
Arrested:
Brandon Ray Holcombe
-Warrant: Larceny After Breaking and Entering
-Warrant: Flee to Elude Arrest w/ Motor Vehicle
-Warrant: Carrying a Concealed Weapon
-Warrant: Parole Violation
-Warrant: Probation Violation
Amanda Marie Allen
-Failure to Appear: Burning Personal Property
-Failure to Appear: Financial Card Theft
-Failure to Appear: Larceny
Joshua Harrison Potter
-Warrant: Conspiracy to Commit Felony Larceny
-Warrant: Felony Probation Violation
Kalah Grey Smith
-Warrant: Possess Methamphetamine
-Failure to Appear: Larceny
Holcombe was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility Wednesday night under a $29,000 secured bond (or $2,900 to a bondsman) issued by the magistrate.
Allen was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility Wednesday night under a $20,000 secured bond (or $2,000 to a bondsman) issued by the magistrate.
Potter was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility Wednesday night under a $20,000 secured bond (or $2,000 to a bondsman) issued by the magistrate.
Smith was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility Wednesday night under a $5,000 secured bond (or $500 to a bondsman) issued by the magistrate.
