Asheville Police: Two Men Wanted for Larceny and Theft

Asheville -- April 29, 2022: Asheville Police ask for the public to contact them if you have any information
on two men with active warrants

The men have active warrants and are wanted for Larceny and Organized Retail Theft.

Thomas Osteen and Jamie Christopher Manley have been very active in South Asheville.
