Asheville -- City of Asheville News Neighborhood invited to preview Magnolia Park improvements

Posted on December 1, 2021 by Christy Edwards

Renovations at north Asheville’s Magnolia Park are moving forward!

The community park on Magnolia Avenue is in need of upgrades. It is anticipated that the project will include a new entry sidewalk, new play equipment and surfacing, repaved walking path, new park lighting, removal of the bathroom building, refreshed landscaping, improved ADA accessibility and fencing improvements.

A drop-by event to review the scope of the project will be held at the park on Saturday, December 4, 3-5 p.m.  Fun activities will be available for children who attend!

If you are unable to attend or would like to keep up with the project progress, visit the project web page.
