Virginia police threatened man during traffic stop sued VA Cops & Caron Nazario second Lt. U.S. Army

Winston-Salem -- Lt. Caron Narzio is suing two Virgina police officers after he was stopped, pepper sprayed and threatend by

them. 

Lt. Narzio, black and Latino, body camera shows,  told the officers as he held his hands out of the window, “I’m honestly afraid to get out.” Response from one of the officers, "yeah, you should be."

Lt. Narzio had just gotten off duty and was on his way home. He drove to a well lit area where it was safe to stop for the police. 

The video shows the full footage of the stop and the treatment of Lt. Narzio by the police.
