Asheville -- Asheville Police Department detectives identified a man wanted in a shooting that occurred on April 13th and charged him with

Attempted First Degree Murder, and he was taken into custody on Thursday.

Following an investigation, Knowledge Unique Anderson (11/28/2006) was arrested and charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Assault With a Deadly Weapon With Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Injury to Personal Property, Discharge Firearm in City Limits, Going Armed to the Terror of People, and Child Abuse.

Anderson was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (ineligible for release) by a magistrate.
