Former American Idol Contestant CJ Harris Dies at age 31

Celebrity News -- January 16, 2023: C.J. Harris, who finished in the Top 6 of the 2014 American Idol competition,
passed away on Sunday in Jasper, Alabama,

reportedly after a heart attack. He was 31.

According to TMZ, a family member said Harris passed away on Sunday (Jan. 15) in his hometown of Jasper following what seemed to be a heart attack. He was taken to the hospital right away, but doctors were unable to save his life.

The Walker County Coroner's Office has verified his death.
