Farmers, ranchers, nursery owners, vineyards, honeybee growers, and fish producers: Assistance is here to help you recover from Hurricane Helene's impact.

FEMA, the State of NC, and USDA are teaming up to host one-day Agriculture Recovery Centers across the region. These walk-through events are designed to address agricultural and rural recovery needs not covered by standard FEMA or state programs.

Jan. 31 – Watauga County
Watauga Agricultural Conference Center (Winter Farmer’s Market)

All locations are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Additional events will be announced later in Ashe, Avery, Burke, Mitchell and Yancey counties.
Farmers can attend any of these meetings!
Representatives from FEMA, USDA, the NC Department of Agriculture, and other agencies will be on hand to provide information and resources.
