Ringo Starr, all about Peace and Love! Those aren't just words, he takes action through his art, music, talent!
I see that Ringo's back in the news! I grew up under the Beatles influence, my oldest brother was (still is) a HUGE Beatles fan! I watched their movies too, showing the lighter side of the FAB Four, Ringo was always the fall guy. Their movies were just fun to watch.
I love Ringo in so many ways. He's all about Peace and Love which was big in the 1960's and 1970's.
Ringo has more energy than most people half his age and uses that energy in positive ways.
In the video I'm posting, he talks about his new book "Ringo Rocks 30 Years of the All Star Bands" and the LOTUS Foundation, where recieves 100% of the proceeds.
The following is from The Lotus Foundation website:
100% of Ringo's proceeds go to The Lotus Foundation - Ringo Starr Art
The objectives of the Lotus Foundation are to fund, support, participate in and promote charitable projects aimed at advancing social welfare in diverse areas including, but not limited to: Substance abuse
